What is the difference between coaching and therapy?

Great question! Coaching does not diagnose or treat mental health conditions. If you’re experiencing significant emotional distress, trauma, or mental health concerns, therapy may be a better fit - and i’m always happy to help you think through support options.

How do sessions work?

Sessions are held virtually and last 60 minutes, We will map out clear goals for where ever you are in your career or student life. We can customize an approach to fit your learning style and needs. You’ll receive a follow-up email after each session summarizing key takeaways and next steps.

I’m not sure which package to choose?

Many clients start with a Clarity & Confidence Coaching Session and then decide what feels right for them. If you are moving through these challenges with a friend or colleague, a Group Package is a great idea to learn and build confidence together.
