With 15 years of clinical leadership and teaching experience as an RN, I bring a deep, practical understanding of bedside care, team dynamics, and evidence-based practice that translates directly into effective nurse coaching for students and new graduates. My experience leading performance improvement initiatives gives me the ability to set clear, achievable goals and provide constructive, personalized feedback, while my teaching background ensures I can explain complex concepts in accessible ways and adapt instruction to different learning styles.
